Alpharetta, GA –(September 22, 2008) – Alpharetta resident and PGA Master Golf Professional, Bill Barkey, will be giving a dynamic golf seminar on "The Ultimate Golf Swing" This seminar is open to all North Fulton and Forsyth area residents. It will be held on Thursday, September 25th and Monday, September 29th at the Doubletree Hotel/Roswell. The cost is $10.00. Several 90-minute seminar will be held through-out the day at 9am, 11am, 4:30pm and 7pm.
Barkley is a PGA Master Golf Professional, which is the highest education level attained by PGA Members. Bill’s background in golf spans nearly 50 years, beginning with a four-year golf scholarship at the University of Florida. He has owned a private country club and golf schools, served as a head golf professional, and has taught thousands of golfers by way of clinics and private instruction. Bill and his wife, Claire, have eleven children, and recently moved back to Alpharetta after being away for 20 years.
A percentage of the proceeds of these seminars will be donated to the local chapter of the National MS Society in honor of Bill’s son, Frank Barkley, an avid golfer, and Bill’s 20 year old granddaughter, Suzie Barkley, who are both battling MS.
