WHO: Second Wind Dreams, a non-profit organization that enhances the quality of life for elders through dreams and innovative educational programs.

WHAT: 2nd Annual Second Wind Dreams Golf Classic, with Atlanta Braves legend Sid Bream serving as the honorary chairman. Sponsor benefits will include post-game visits at Turner Field on Sept. 5 (12 days prior to the tournament) with Braves Hall of Famer Phil Niekro, and also with Braves stars Jeff Francoeur and Brian McCann (tickets to the Sept. 5 Phillies-Braves 1:05 game will be provided). Elite sponsors will also receive golf foursomes in 2008 with Bream and Dale Murphy, as well as a 2008 Turner Field visit with Braves manager Bobby Cox. There will be hole-in-one prizes, a live auction and a 19th Hole Party! Players will receive a gift, golfers goodie bag, prizes, refreshments, lunch and post-round buffet. The cost is $175 per player ($150 if player is registered by August 15th).

WHY: It is a fundraiser, during which we will make dreams come true for elders. Making dreams come true has shown to increase longevity and decrease depression. Proceeds will go to making dreams come true and furthering our mission of enhancing the lives of seniors in elder care communities. Sponsorships are still available.
