Jim Cichanski—North Fulton resident and Founder, President and CEO of Atlanta-based human resources management firm, Flex HR, Inc.—was named “2008 Small Business Person of the Year” by the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GNFCC), in a ceremony held yesterday at the Roswell Country Club.  The GNFCC chose Cichanski out of seven finalists who were announced last week.  The group made the final decision based on the success and growth of Cichanski’s HR company that began with just one employee and based on Cichanski’s creation of additional services to fill requests by the company’s clients.
