North Fulton resident Melanie Brown of Duluth joined Sunrise Bank of Atlanta in Midtown as first vice president of commercial lending. She is responsible for building relationships with small business owners and real estate investors to secure favorable loans and provide financial solutions.

She brings extensive banking experience from a money-center bank, non-bank lender and community banking where she established an SBA lending department. 

She is a member of the Georgia Lenders Quality Circle, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Certified Commercial Investment Managers and the Loan Committee for Capital Partners Certified Development Corporation.
