Continuing a tradition of offering seminars to members in the hospitality industry, the Alpharetta Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) presented Tricia Molloy on Tuesday, February 26, at the Metropolitan Club. Molloy, a business consultant, Working with Wisdom speaker and author of Divine Wisdom at Work, inspired attendees to CRAVE their customer service goals. Invitation to the seminar was open to hoteliers, Downtown Alpharetta Trade Association members, several restaurants and members of the media, City Council, City of Alpharetta employees, Alpharetta CVB Board of Directors, and Alpharetta CVB staff.

During the seminar, which was offered in a morning and afternoon session, attendees learned about the five-step CRAVE formula: Clean out the clutter; Raise your vibrations; Affirm success; Visualize; and Express thanks. “It’s part of the mission of our organization to educate and assist our partners in the hospitality industry with the skills necessary to help us all better sell Alpharetta as a tourism destination,” commented Janet Rodgers, President and CEO of the Alpharetta CVB.

Upon completion of the seminar, all attendees received a certificate.
