Advertising Terms
As with any advertising campaign, guarantees and/or promises are neither made nor implied. All packages save *web page services and artwork, may have a prorated initial purchase price refunded only if the following terms are met. **Not counting any initial free promotion period that was offered, purchaser, after promotion period, must ***contact NorthFultonTimes.com on or before 3 months from the beginning of the paid campaign, to allow us to improve or remedy any discontent. If satisfaction is still not reached after 6 months from the beginning of the paid campaign, refund will be made on a prorated rate according to purchased time cost less the service time used.
* Web pages services includes and but is not limited to: website creation with any extra pages, web site name registration, website name transfer, annual hosting fee, Search Engine Optimization, and Ad/graphic production
**During the Promotion period, where the first 6 months is free, no refund will be made. Refund can only be made 6 months after the free promotion period is over. This means refund may not be made until a year has passed.
