We are all hoping that the ground hog was right and spring is just around the corner! The weather has been brutal lately around the country and I think we are all ready for some nice warm, sunny days.
Predications are that the spring will be much better in the real estate market. Inventory is shrinking, some national builders have stopped building spec. homes and are selling off what is under roof. The interest rates are still very low and the economy is strong. Some think the real estate slow down has been caused by the media and doesn’t apply to our area. But whatever the reason, we are hopeful that spring will see a new resurgence in the real estate market.
So why do you need to hire a real estate professional to sell your home? Would you represent yourself in a trial? Would you add a bathroom to your home without a plumber? We truly are professionals. We are required to take continuing education classes each year so we are up to date on new real estate laws, new contract requirements and up on the latest trends in selling. Put our education and experience to work for you!
Many think that realtors are over paid and that what we do costs nothing. To the contrary. As a realtor, we pay membership fees to belong to local and national real estate boards. We pay fees to be able to list houses on FMLS and Georgia MLS. We pay to advertise your property in real estate magazines, newspapers, on the internet and in flyers. With this comes an exposure to ensure the quickest sale possible. And we represent YOU, not the person buying your home. And as a buyer, we represent YOU, not the person selling the house. We protect you from having to show your home to strangers. We are bonded and insured and so are the realtors showing your home. So when the time comes and you are ready to sell your home or find a new home, call a professional. THE WELLS TEAM would love the opportunity to serve you in the real estate market. Just call us,
THE WELLS TEAM with the NortonAgency!
